I found your site using Froogle while looking for an Draper item. You weren't the cheapest (only by a matter of pennies though) but your site looked good.

Delivery was quick and the offer of free postage on orders over a certain amount can always be a sale clincher (and a good way to get people to pay more).

I liked the personal touch on emails of your signature and that you answered the phone.

Also liked the fact that you phoned me when there was a problem and you offered an alternative item at no extra cost to me.
