Asp.Net Web Developer, Code Guru & All-Round Nice Person!
As atSite.co.uk becomes more and more popular, it has become increasingly obvious that we are in need of a talented c# & asp.net developer to contribute to the development of our websites and other projects.
We are looking for a developer that will create amazing web applications on demand, works well as part of a team and has a fondness for small residential animals (we feel it would be unfair to be specific at this point)*.
You will be working from a large 'L-shaped' beach desk alongside design and marketing, and will be responsible for taking our 'head in the clouds' ideas and high-level requirements, and producing well rounded, modular, speedy solutions. You will have a proven track record in a computer programming/development for the web using c# or vb.net with asp.net and be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of object orientated techniques, Sql, stored procedures and Xml. A knowledge of current web standards is an advantage, as are top notch skills in javascript/ecmascript and the DOM; and if you can code a search engine with one hand and secure a shopping cart with the other then we'll give you free choccy biscuits with your mid-morning brew*!
In short we are looking for someone with skills in c# or vb.net, asp.net, stored procedures, sql, xml and web services. Experience with soap, javascript and ajax would be nice, together with a good working knowledge of current web standards.
